Consuelo B. Leyva

Consuelo B. Leyva passed away February 7, 2023, in El Paso at the age of 84 years.    She was born on July 25, 1938, to George and Angelita Bentley in Fort Davis, Texas.   

  She is survived by her sons, Jimmy Mendoza of Ozona, Texas; Ruben Mendoza Jr. and wife Maria of Miles, Texas; Daniel Leyva Jr. of Fort Davis; daughters, Corina Flores and husband Lionel of Van Horn, Texas,  Mary Alice Torres and husband Robert of Odessa Texas; sister Manuela Granado; 19 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 24 great great grandchildren.   

 She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother; husband, Daniel Leyva Sr.; daughters, Yolanda Guillen, Anabell Calderon; brothers, George Bentley Jr., Jose Bentley, Eliseo Bentley; sister, Amelia Dutchover.    

 Rosary will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday February 25, 2023 the Mass of Christian burial will take afterward in Fort Davis at Saint Joseph Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at    Saint Joseph Cemetery.
